HBKU users are welcome to book a group study area at the main library for a group of 2 to 6 people, for academic or research purposes.
- Select the time slots in the calendar below.
- Submit the times selected and fill out the booking form.
- Upon submission, user will receive a verification email with a check-in code, to be used upon arrival. Make sure you enter the email correctly to receive the check-in email and code.
If the user does not check-in within 30 minutes, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
If check-in is done but no one shows up and/or the room is not used within 30 minutes of reservation starting time, the library has the right to cancel the reservation and allow other students to book the room and use it.
