HBKU Library is offering a Virtual Reality (VR) experience to enhance students’ learning, research, and recreational opportunities. 

• Session Duration: limited to a maximum of 30 minutes per day.
• Session Limits: Each user can book up to two sessions per week to ensure fair access to all patrons.
• 2-Step-Approval Process:
  1. Upon booking, the users will receive an request to verify their email address within 30minutes. Verification must be done for the booking to be registered (registration email will follow the verification).
  2. A confirmation/denial email from the library will follow the registration.
• Cancellation Policy: Users must cancel at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled session, allowing others to utilize the slot.

All sessions will be conducted in the HBKU Main Library Meeting Room, Minaretein building.
