The Research Integrity Risk Index (RI²): Mapping Global Risks and Redefining Accountability in Science In-Person
HBKU Library is pleased to invite you to a presentation by Dr. Lokman Meho about the latest developments of the Research Integrity Risk Index (RI²), a pioneering, data-driven framework that evaluates institutional-level research integrity across 2,000 universities worldwide. Developed using retraction data, publications in delisted journals, and self-citation analytics, RI² provides an empirical foundation for identifying systemic vulnerabilities that undermine scientific credibility and institutional reputation.
The presentation will highlight RI²’s development, its global reception and policy relevance, and its coverage by major ranking agencies and media outlets, including Nature, University World News, and al-Fanar Media and others.
Registration is required. Kindly scroll down to register.
