HBKU users are welcome to book a group study area at the main library for a group of 2 to 6 people, for academic or research purposes.
- Select the time slots in the calendar below.
- Submit the times selected and fill out the booking form.
- Upon submission, user will receive a verification email, with a check-in code, to be used upon arrival.
Make sure you enter the email correctly to receive the check-in email. In case the user does not show up and/or check-in was not completed, the reservation will be canceled within 30 minutes.
